Posisi IT Specialist bertanggung jawab penuh atas pemeliharaan infrastruktur teknologi informasi perusahaan. Anda akan memastikan seluruh sistem IT dan operasional produksi berjalan dengan lancar setiap harinya. Tugas Anda mencakup dukungan teknis (technical support), pemeliharaan sistem, troubleshooting perangkat keras maupun lunak, serta pengelolaan jaringan. Anda juga akan terlibat dalam pemantauan server, pengelolaan data, serta memastikan keamanan sistem IT, termasuk perangkat pendukung seperti printer dan CCTV, agar operasional perusahaan tidak terhambat oleh kendala teknis.

Kualifikasi: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT Support, IT Infrastructure, or a similar position; Familiarity with Windows operating systems, PC and laptop troubleshooting, and standard office applications; Basic knowledge of networking, including LAN, TCP/IP, VPN, and internet connectivity troubleshooting; Familiarity with server monitoring, Active Directory, NAS storage, and virtual server environments is an advantage; Experience troubleshooting printers, CCTV/NVR systems, and production-related applications is preferred; Familiarity with FTP file transfers, data verification, and application-based data uploads is an advantage; Good English communication skills, both written and verbal; Good problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills; Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with other departments; Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
