Job Descriptions: Provide first-level and second-level IT operational support for end users in Jakarta and sites Manage physical network & server include regular system maintenance, backup, patching & security updates

Configure, manage & troubleshoot network environment Oversee enterprise Windows ecosystem, specifically managing AD, DNS & DHCP Implement access control, data protection & audit requirement.

Monitor of server health, network traffic & handle incident response include root cause analysis Support & manage security facilities device CCTV, NVR, access control & other IoT devices Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, or IT Support. Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, software, and troubleshooting. Experience managing multi-site operations is preferred.

Good understanding of IT governance, backup, and cybersecurity practices. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
