About the role Standard Biosensor Healthcare is seeking a Production Senior Staff (In Vitro Diagnostic) to join our manufacturing operations. This is a full-time position based in Purwakarta, West Java . As a senior member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising the manufacturing processes for our in vitro diagnostic products. This position is strategically important to ensuring we maintain the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance in our healthcare manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for leading production activities, managing teams, and ensuring our diagnostic products meet stringent industry standards and customer expectations. Key responsibilities Oversee daily production operations for in vitro diagnostic manufacturing, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and quality standards Monitor production schedules and coordinate with planning teams to ensure timely delivery of diagnostic products Manage and providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure optimal team productivity Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions to maintain product excellence and minimise defects Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards and relevant healthcare manufacturing regulations Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in production workflows Maintain accurate production records and documentation for traceability and audit purposes Liaise with quality assurance, engineering, and logistics teams to coordinate production and distribution activities Troubleshoot production issues and implement timely solutions to minimise downtime Support the development and implementation of safety protocols and environmental best practices on the production floor What we're looking for
