Posisi IT Quality Assurance bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memastikan kualitas dan keandalan produk perangkat lunak melalui pelaksanaan proses pengujian yang menyeluruh di setiap fase pengembangan sistem. Peran ini memegang peranan krusial dalam memvalidasi fungsionalitas aplikasi agar sesuai dengan standar bisnis yang ditetapkan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, Anda akan merancang skenario pengujian, mengeksekusi System Integration Testing (SIT) maupun User Acceptance Testing (UAT), serta mendokumentasikan setiap temuan kendala teknis. Koordinasi lintas fungsi bersama pengembang, analis bisnis, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya dilakukan secara intensif untuk memastikan setiap perbaikan sistem tervalidasi dengan baik sebelum dirilis.
Tanggung jawab: Review business requirements and end-to-end business processes, including gaps between requirements, implemented solutions, and testing coverage; Prepare and execute test plans covering positive, negative, exception, functional, integration, end-to-end, and regression scenarios; Document test results and supporting evidence accurately and completely; Identify defects, assess their business impact, follow up on resolution, and validate system fixes before closure; Coordinate testing with Business Analysts, developers, business users, vendors, and other related parties; Report testing progress, issues, risks, and blockers, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation, and maintain proper testing documentation.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's Degree; Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in software QA, including functional, integration, and regression testing; Experienced in API testing using postman or equivalent tools, including request, response, and error validation; Proficient in SQL for validating transactions, checking data accuracy, and investigating discrepancies; Able to analyze application logs and trace data flows across applications, databases, and middleware; Experienced in executing SIT and supporting UAT, maintaining test evidence, and reporting unresolved defects and release risks; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the firmness to challenge unclear requirements and follow up unresolved issues professionally; Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of tasks through to completion; Strong communication and coordination skills, with good written and spoken English.
