Posisi Quality Assurance Intern dirancang khusus bagi mahasiswa IT maupun lulusan baru yang ingin mendalami pengujian perangkat lunak secara langsung. Peran ini memberikan kesempatan untuk memahami siklus hidup pengembangan produk serta memastikan kualitas aplikasi tetap terjaga dengan standar yang tinggi. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi pelaksanaan pengujian manual pada fitur baru maupun yang sudah ada, pembuatan skenario dan rencana pengujian, serta identifikasi dan pencatatan bug menggunakan perangkat pelacakan seperti JIRA atau Trello. Anda juga akan berkolaborasi erat dengan tim pengembang, Product Manager, UI/UX Designer, serta DevOps dalam memastikan stabilitas aplikasi melalui pemantauan pasca-rilis dan perbaikan berkelanjutan.
Tanggung jawab: Software Testing - Perform manual testing on new and existing features; Create test scenarios, test cases, and test plans based on product requirements; Perform functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and UAT support; Ensure software quality; Bug Identification & Reporting - Identifying bugs, errors, and issues in the application; Documenting bugs in detail using tools such as JIRA / Trello / Bug Tracking System; Coordinating with the developer team for the bug fixing process; Quality Monitoring - Ensuring the quality of the application remains stable after deployment; Performing post-release monitoring to ensure there are no issues in production; Providing recommendations for product quality improvement; Documentation - Creating and updating testing documentation; Storing test case documentation, bug reports, and testing results; Helping to develop QA standards and testing processes; Collaboration - Working with teams: Product Manager, UI/UX Designer, Developer, DevOps; Involved in sprint planning, daily standups, and sprint reviews.
