Tanggung Jawab

• Develop and debug code to achieve company objectives
• Maintain and troubleshoot system errors (e.g., edit source code etc.)
• Manage database created from software
• Develop security of database (e.g., access, backup etc.)
• Manage web serve technology (e.g., edit, update, review)
• REQUIREMENTS :
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional software development experience, with at least 1 years in a Senior role
• Excellent in Web Based Code , PHP 5 Native, PHP 8 Native, HTML, Javascript,CSS
• Excellent in SQL Server 2022 / 2025 or equivalent RDBMS
• Advanced skills in query optimization, indexing strategies, and troubleshooting performance bottlenecks
• Proven experience in server administration (Windows Server) and web server configuration (IIS, Apache)
• Capability to design scalable system architectures and make critical technical choices that align with business goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills also strong presentation to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong time management and ability to work on multiple projects
• Have experience to manage a team and become a project manager
• Proven experience in overseeing the full Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC), from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closing
• Exceptional problem-solving skills for handling complex system incidents
• Ability to look beyond immediate tasks to improve the company's overall technological maturity
