Perusahaan membuka lowongan bagi IT Product Manager yang menguasai Bahasa Mandarin untuk memimpin dan mengelola pengembangan serta peningkatan produk IT dari ujung ke ujung (end-to-end), mulai dari pengumpulan kebutuhan dan perencanaan produk hingga implementasi serta perbaikan berkelanjutan. Anda akan berkolaborasi erat dengan pengguna bisnis, tim IT, pengembang, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya untuk menerjemahkan kebutuhan bisnis menjadi solusi produk yang efektif. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup penentuan spesifikasi produk, user stories, dan prioritas berdasarkan tujuan bisnis; pemantauan kemajuan pengembangan produk agar sesuai dengan jadwal dan standar kualitas; serta analisis kinerja produk dan umpan balik pengguna untuk optimalisasi. Peran ini juga bertugas mengoordinasikan tim lintas fungsi untuk memastikan kelancaran implementasi produk, integrasi sistem, penyelesaian masalah, serta mendukung pengembangan peta jalan (roadmap) produk dan memimpin anggota tim manajemen produk.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and manage the end-to-end development and enhancement of IT products, from requirement gathering and product planning to implementation and continuous improvement; Collaborate closely with business users, IT teams, developers, and other stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into effective product solutions; Define product requirements, user stories, product specifications, and priorities based on business objectives and user needs; Monitor product development progress, ensuring deliverables are aligned with agreed timelines, quality standards, and business requirements; Analyze product performance, user feedback, and business requirements to identify opportunities for product optimization and improvement; Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product implementation, system integration, and issue resolution; Support the development of product roadmaps and contribute to strategic product planning; Lead and supervise team members involved in product management and development activities; Ensure effective communication between management, local teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, IT Project Management, or a related role; Experience in managing IT products, digital platforms, business applications, or system development projects; Strong understanding of product development processes, system implementation, and software development lifecycle; Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills; Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia & Mandarin , with the ability to communicate effectively with local teams and business stakeholders; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment; Willing to be based in Indonesia.
