Perusahaan ini bergerak di industri Data Center yang berfokus pada penyediaan infrastruktur IT yang handal. Peran IT Operation Manager bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengelola operasional IT harian untuk memastikan uptime maksimum dan keandalan layanan bagi klien. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup pemantauan performa infrastruktur, kesehatan sistem, serta memimpin proses manajemen insiden, masalah, dan perubahan. Selain itu, posisi ini mengawasi pengelolaan server, penyimpanan, virtualisasi, sistem operasi, dan infrastruktur jaringan. Anda juga akan memimpin tim IT Operations Engineers, melakukan evaluasi kinerja, serta memastikan rencana pemulihan bencana (disaster recovery) dan kesinambungan bisnis berjalan dengan baik melalui pengujian berkala.
Tanggung jawab: Manage daily IT operations within the data center, ensuring maximum uptime and service reliability.; Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational procedures and best practices.; Monitor infrastructure performance, system health, and service availability.; Ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed according to schedule.; Lead incident, problem, and change management processes.; Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and implement preventive actions.; Oversee servers, storage systems, virtualization platforms, operating systems, and network infrastructure.; Coordinate infrastructure deployment, upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management.; Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans are properly maintained and tested.; Maintain system capacity planning and performance optimization.; Lead, mentor, and develop IT Operations Engineers and support teams.; Assign work schedules, monitor team performance, and conduct performance evaluations..
