About the role Join our dynamic team at PT Panin Asset Management as an IT Operation (Infrastructure) professional. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and supporting the company's critical IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and enabling the organisation to thrive in the Information & Communication Technology sector. What you'll be doing

Proactively monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and other critical systems to ensure stable and reliable operations. Install, configure, and manage infrastructure components, including networks, servers, storage systems, and cloud environments. Implement and manage software updates, patches, and security measures to protect the company's systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to the IT infrastructure. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, ensuring a smooth and productive work environment. Maintain accurate documentation and records of all IT-related activities and processes.

Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance the company's IT capabilities. What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure management Network Management: Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting, including firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers. Server and Storage Administration: Knowledge of operating system management (Windows), virtualization technologies (VMware), and storage systems (SAN/NAS).
