Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements. Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Conduct reference checks and prepare employment offers.Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to management.Assist in onboarding new employees and related recruitment administration. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources. Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, interview techniques, and candidate assessment tools.Experience using recruitment platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar job portals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
