Posisi IT Manager bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola seluruh aspek infrastruktur dan operasional teknologi informasi perusahaan. Peran ini mencakup pemeliharaan jaringan, sistem operasi, serta pengelolaan berbagai perangkat lunak, basis data, firewall, dan perangkat keras pendukung untuk memastikan kelancaran aktivitas IT perusahaan. Selain aspek teknis, manajer ini diharapkan memiliki kemampuan analitis yang kuat untuk memecahkan masalah sistem dan mendukung efisiensi produksi IT. Kandidat harus mampu bekerja secara efektif di bawah tekanan, menunjukkan inisiatif tinggi, serta memiliki komitmen kuat dalam mencapai target operasional perusahaan.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Information Technology; Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role; Proficient with IT Network and Operating System; Familiar with a range of software, database, firewall, and hardware; Strong technical background in IT activities (including IT production/IT system expertise); Outstanding analytical skills; High level of initiative, commitment, and drive; Ability to work effectively under pressure and within short.
