Compliance Data Privacy Officer bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan organisasi mematuhi regulasi perlindungan data pribadi. Peran ini mencakup pelaksanaan program perlindungan data, melakukan penilaian privasi, serta mengelola dokumentasi terkait. Selain itu, posisi ini bertugas mengidentifikasi dan memitigasi risiko, menangani insiden privasi, serta berkoordinasi dengan berbagai unit bisnis untuk memastikan implementasi kebijakan perlindungan data berjalan efektif. Tujuannya adalah untuk meminimalkan risiko kebocoran data dan menjaga tata kelola perusahaan yang baik.

Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor Degree of Law from reputable university; Having minimum 1- 2 years working experience related to data privacy and protection in company; Proficient skills in handling Personal Data Protection, also Record of Processing Activites such as formulating its policy or procedures up to implementation in company; Having certification related to Data Privacy and Protection is preferred; Proficient skills in communication, collaboration accross division up to managerial level.
