Perusahaan mesin (otomasi) yang berlokasi di Jakarta Selatan membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berpengalaman untuk menduduki posisi IT Infrastructure Assistant Manager - Automation. Peran ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengelola serta memantau operasional dan infrastruktur IT harian, memastikan ketersediaan, stabilitas, serta keamanan sistem jaringan perusahaan, dan menangani aspek keamanan informasi, kontrol akses, keamanan siber, serta perlindungan data secara komprehensif. Selain itu, pemegang posisi akan mengoordinasikan proyek integrasi sistem IT dan pengembangan aplikasi, mengelola vendor dan penyedia layanan IT, melacak insiden untuk penanganan yang tepat waktu, serta menyusun kebijakan dan prosedur operasional standar (SOP). Peran ini juga berkolaborasi langsung dengan pihak kantor pusat di Jepang terkait sistem IT global, mendukung implementasi ERP dan aplikasi bisnis, melakukan penilaian risiko, memberikan dukungan teknis kepada staf dan pengguna akhir, serta melaporkan kemajuan proyek kepada manajemen.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and monitor daily IT operations and infrastructure; Ensure availability, stability, and security of the company's IT systems and network; Manage IT security, access control, cybersecurity, and data protection activities; Coordinate IT system integration and application development projects; Manage IT vendors, service providers, licenses, and IT assets; Monitor IT incidents and ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution; Develop and maintain IT policies, SOPs, and security procedures; Coordinate with Japan regarding global IT systems, security requirements, and technical issues; Support implementation and maintenance of ERP, HR systems, business applications, and other IT solutions; Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity requirements; Conduct risk assessments and propose improvements to IT infrastructure and security; Provide technical support and guidance to IT staff and end users; Prepare IT reports, budgets, project updates, and improvement plans for management; Ensure IT activities comply with company policies, information security requirements, and applicable regulations; Other related tasks as assigned; Job Requirements:.
