Peran ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memimpin dan mengelola dukungan aplikasi IDMS, pengembangan, implementasi proyek, serta pengawasan kinerja vendor guna memastikan efisiensi sistem perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: To manage IDMS Application Support and Operations; To manage IDMS Development and Enhancement; To support IDMS Project Implementation; To manage IDMS Vendor and Consultant Performance; To manage IDMS User Access and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree majoring Informatics IT/Computer Engineering/Information Systems or any related major; Experienced at least 5 (five) years related to ERP Application Support, ERP Implementation or Business Process Improvement; Minimum 2 (two) years of experience leading/Supervising ERP Projects; Experienced working with ERP Systems such as Microsoft Dinamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Infor, JD Edwards or other ERP Platforms; Experinced to support other related Departments as needed; Expert on ERP Application Support,Business Process Analysis, ERP Implementation, Segregation of Duties (SoD), IT General Controls (ITGC); Understands ERP Ducumentation, SQL Query and Data Analysis; Good analitycal and problem solving skills; Good Leadership and team supervision; Able to work with other IT teams & understand business process requirements; Mature, independent, communicative, outgoing, target-oriented & well-adjusted; Ability to manage multiple projects; Customer and service oriented; Professional Certifications:; SAP, ORACLE, ITIL FOUNDATION, COBIT, PMP or PRINCE2; Power BI Data Analist & CISA; Good communication in English is a must (spoken & written); Ready to work in pressure situations; Work location: JIEP Pulo Gadung – East of Jakarta; All information received will be kept strictly confidential.
