PT CIMB Niaga Auto Finance is seeking an experienced IT Database Administrator to join our Information & Communication Technology team. This is a full-time position based in Tangerang Selatan, Banten. As IT Database Administrator, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and optimisation of our critical database infrastructure. This role is pivotal to ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our systems, which directly supports our business operations and customer service delivery. Your responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining database management systems and related software to ensure optimal performance and availability. You will also monitor database performance, implement tuning strategies, create and manage backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity, and maintain security protocols and encryption measures.
