About the role PT DCI Indonesia, Tbk is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated IT & Automation Intern to join our growing team in Bekasi Regency, West Java. This is a full-time internship position designed to provide hands-on experience in information and communication technology with a focus on hardware engineering and automation solutions. In this role, you will work alongside experienced IT professionals to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of our automation systems and hardware infrastructure. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical environment whilst contributing meaningfully to our technology initiatives. Key responsibilities Monitor and report alarms, alerts, or abnormal conditions detected through the BMS platform Perform daily and routine inspections of facility equipment under supervision Assist in preventive maintenance activities for BMS-related equipment and systems Maintain maintenance records, inspection checklists, and operational logs Update reports and documentation related to equipment status and maintenance activities What we're looking for Currently enrolled or graduated from a Diploma (D3), or Bachelor's Degree (S1) program in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer and Network Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field. Basic understanding of electrical systems, control systems, and instrumentation Familiarity with IoT devices and Building Management Systems (BMS) or willingness to learn automation technologies Ability to read simple electrical diagrams, wiring schematics, and technical drawings Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
