Syspex adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang solusi otomatisasi dan teknologi. Posisi ini memimpin tim pengembangan perangkat lunak untuk proyek-proyek otomatisasi, termasuk integrasi AI Camera, machine vision, robotika, AMR, serta solusi smart factory. Pemimpin tim bertanggung jawab atas arsitektur sistem, integrasi antar perangkat, serta pengembangan aplikasi berbasis AI. Selain aspek teknis, peran ini mencakup mentoring anggota tim, penentuan standar coding, pengujian, serta kolaborasi lintas departemen dengan tim Sales, Engineering, dan Project Management. Pemimpin juga bertugas melakukan riset teknologi baru (PoC) untuk memastikan solusi Syspex tetap inovatif dan relevan dengan kebutuhan industri.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and manage the software development team for Syspex automation and technology projects; Lead software development, integration and deployment for AI Camera, machine vision, robotics, AMR, automation and smart factory solutions; Understand customer requirements and translate automation requirements into software/system solutions; Lead integration between machines, robots, AMR, AI cameras, PLC, sensors, MES/WMS/ERP and other systems; Develop or supervise development of AI Camera applications; Lead software architecture, database, API, communication protocols and system integration; Review software design, coding standards, testing, troubleshooting and deployment; Provide technical direction and mentoring to software team members; Lead PoC, prototype and new technology development; Maintain software documentation, source code, system architecture and development standards.
