Responsible for supporting, maintaining, and developing internal business applications to ensure optimal system performance and business operations.
Tanggung jawab: Provide support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for internal business applications; Develop new applications and enhance existing systems; Analyze user requirements and deliver appropriate technical solutions; Perform application implementation, testing, and documentation; Support ERP system integration and development; Ensure all development activities follow the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Application Support or Software Developer; Strong understanding of ERP Systems and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); Ability to develop applications from scratch ( end-to-end application development ); Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills; English proficiency at Intermediate level or above; Willing to be based in Dukuh Pakis, West Surabaya.
