The Industrial Relations Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting and managing employee relations, labor compliance, and union-related matters. Key Responsibilities: Manage and handle industrial relations cases, including disciplinary actions, disputes, and grievances.
Coordinate with government agencies, internal, and external stakeholders. Represent the company in mediations, bipartite/tripartite meetings, and labor hearings. Prepare, review, and manage employment agreements (akad kerja), Company Regulations (PP), and Collective Labor Agreements (PKB/CLA).
Guide management on IR risks and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Industrial Relations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage sensitive issues professionally.
