You will serve as the Group's primary resource for managing employee and labor relations across all entities — ensuring full regulatory compliance, handling IR cases, and fostering a productive, harmonious workplace. What You'll Do ✦ Manage industrial relations between the company and

employees / labor unions across all EBER Group entities ✦ Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations (Manpower Law, Job Creation Law, and implementing regulations)

✦ Draft and implement Company Regulations (Peraturan Perusahaan) and / or Collective Labor Agreements (PKB) ✦ Handle employment cases: disciplinary actions, warning

letters, terminations, and labor disputes ✦ Represent the company in bipartite, mediation, and Industrial Relations Court (PPHI) proceedings as required
