This is an interesting opportunity for HR professionals having the experience in managing manufacturing operations. Beyond driving operational excellence within the manufacturing environment, the role plays a pivotal part in shaping and delivering strategic HR initiatives, encompassing talent development, industrial relations, and effective business partnering. Client Details Our client is a prominent manufacturing company.
Description Collaborate closely with business and HR stakeholders to design capability frameworks and facilitate ongoing workforce assessments. Analyze workforce capabilities and identify development priorities across operational employee groups at various levels.
Oversee performance management cycles, ensuring consistency with overarching corporate standards and frameworks. Foster constructive engagement with employee representatives to maintain a stable and compliant industrial relations environment. Drive clear and effective communication of people-related policies, organizational updates, and performance processes across the organization.
Ensure alignment with prevailing labor regulations and statutory requirements. Manage and oversee key aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely updates. Work in partnership with internal stakeholders to deliver effective talent acquisition strategies and execution.
Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 8 years of progressive, end-to-end HR experience, including demonstrated exposure to manufacturing environments.
