Job Responsibilities Coordinate import shipments and transportation activities with 3PL providers to ensure timely delivery. Manage product certification processes and regulatory compliance requirements. Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and third-party vendors for customs clearance and certification matters. Conduct logistics analysis and feasibility studies to support operational improvements and strategic business decisions. Monitor shipment progress from overseas and local warehouses to customer destinations. Prepare and maintain import, customs, and shipping documentation in compliance with applicable regulations. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage and organization of goods within the warehouse. Identify and resolve issues related to logistics operations, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation. Monitor logistics costs and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Generate logistics and inventory reports for management review. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Import, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related functions, preferably within the E-commerce, FMCG, or Consumer Goods industry. HSK 5 or above is preferred. Experience working with Chinese suppliers/manufacturers will be an advantage.
