The Implementation Manager is responsible for managing cross-functional projects and operational execution within logistics, supply chain, or warehousing environments. This role requires a strategic approach to project management and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a joint venture or multi-stakeholder setting. The incumbent will oversee operational KPI frameworks, depot management systems, and ensure the successful implementation of logistics strategies. Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential for effective communication with internal and external partners.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering preferred); Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, logistics operations, or supply chain execution; Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders; Experience in container depot, warehousing, freight forwarding, or port logistics operations is strongly preferred; Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken); Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus; Experience with in-plant or customer-site logistics operations (e.g., automotive, FMCG) is a plus; Familiarity with depot management systems and operational KPI frameworks is a plus; Experience in a JV or multi-stakeholder environment is a plus.
