This position is focused on providing technical support and maintenance services for hydraulic systems within a mining or industrial plant environment. The technician plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and operational efficiency of machinery and equipment. The role involves conducting inspections, repairs, and installations, as well as participating in plant shutdowns. The technician is expected to maintain high standards of safety, communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing failure root causes and recommending spare parts orders.
Tanggung jawab: Attend and follow up on meetings (daily pre-shift, safety, inspection); Provide feedback to improve safety, health, environment, and service quality; Conduct preparation of service jobs, repairs, and installations; Conduct hydraulic inspection and maintenance of machines, tools, and equipment; Perform refurbishment/overhaul of customer equipment; Participate in Total Plant Shutdown (TPS) and Minor Shutdown activities; Perform failure analysis to determine root causes; Recommend spare parts orders and prepare warranty-related documentation.
