HVAC Service Technical Support Supervisor

Minimum Diploma in HVAC Engineering or Bachelor’s degree from Engineering At least 10 years of working experience in a related field Strong knowledge of Mitsubishi Electric HVAC products

Experienced in dealing with customers and business partners Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficient in English (spoken and written) Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Responsibilities:

Conduct HVAC product knowledge training for dealers, authorized service centers, and engineers. Assist customers and partners in resolving technical issues related to HVAC products. Prepare reports on engineering activities and maintain maintenance contract documentation
