Deskripsi pekerjaan
Lowongan Human Resources Staff membutuhkan kandidat dengan pengalaman kerja HR di lingkungan lokasi proyek (konstruksi, EPC, pertambangan, migas, manufaktur, atau infrastruktur) serta pemahaman mendalam mengenai regulasi ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a project site environment (construction, EPC, mining, oil & gas, manufacturing plant, or infrastructure); Proven experience setting up HR operations at a new site or new business unit is strongly preferred; Experience handling large-scale manpower mobilization, including blue-collar and subcontractor workforce; Experience dealing with local communities, village authorities, and local labor offices (Disnaker); Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and regulations: UU No. 13/2003 as amended by UU Cipta Kerja (UU No. 6/2023), PP 35/2021 (PKWT, outsourcing, working hours, termination), PP 36/2021 (wages), and regional minimum wage (UMK) regulations; Working knowledge of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan registration and claims; Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and HRIS or payroll systems; Communication skills English (written and spoken) is a MUST; Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure and project.
