About the role We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to support our HR team in managing day-to-day HR operations and strategic people initiatives. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in the healthcare industry.

What you'll be doing Provide administrative support including drafting HR letters (warning letters, confirmation letters, general letters, etc.). Maintain and update employee data in the Employee Database.

Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and onboarding sessions with the Training Department. Prepare new hire needs (lanyards, uniforms, ID cards, onboarding kits). Create internal announcements for birthdays, promotions, and company activities.

Contribute ideas and content for the internal bulletin board (Mading). Maintain employee filing and digital documentation. Support on recruitment and interview.

Performing ad hoc duties as required What we're looking for Final-year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
