Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic partner to business leaders in driving people initiatives that support organizational goals. This role will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives while ensuring effective delivery of HR programs across talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and workforce planning. Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational and business objectives.

Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and people-related matters. Drive employee engagement initiatives and support programs that enhance employee experience, productivity, and retention.

Support talent management processes, including succession planning, career development, and leadership development initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify organizational needs and implement appropriate people solutions. Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or related Human Resources role.

Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices, including employee relations, performance management, talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning. Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and employment practices. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
