Human Capital Manager

Job Descriptions: Support the Human Capital General Manager in implementing the company's human capital strategy and operational Provide recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness and employee performance

Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Support disciplinary processes in accordance with company policies

Develop and implement employee engagement programs Assess organizational training needs Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field 3 - 5 years of experience in a managerial role Experience in a property or developer company is preferred

Strong knowledge in Operational HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Recruitment, and Employee Engagement Knowledge of Employment laws and HR compliance Ability to analyze HR data and prepare management reports
