Perusahaan di sektor minyak & gas mengharapkan seorang HSSE Specialist untuk mengembangkan, menerapkan, dan mengawasi kebijakan kesehatan, keselamatan, dan lingkungan (HSE) guna menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan sesuai regulasi. Tugas utama meliputi pembuatan dan pemeliharaan kebijakan HSE, pemantauan kepatuhan melalui audit dan inspeksi, penyusunan dan pelaksanaan program pelatihan keselamatan, investigasi insiden, penilaian risiko, penyusunan anggaran dan laporan regulasi, serta pengelolaan program lingkungan seperti pengelolaan limbah dan kontrol polusi. Selain itu, HSSE Specialist juga mengembangkan rencana tanggap darurat, melaksanakan drill, dan berkoordinasi dengan pihak internal maupun regulator. Sebagai penghubung antara manajemen, karyawan, dan badan regulasi, posisi ini memainkan peran kunci dalam integrasi praktik HSE ke dalam operasi harian, memastikan perusahaan tetap patuh dan aman, serta mendukung tujuan keberlanjutan dan reputasi perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: 1. Policy Development and Implementation:; Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; Regularly review and update policies to reflect changes in regulations and best practices; 2. Compliance Monitoring:; Monitor and ensure compliance with HSE regulations, standards, and company policies; Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken; 3. Training and Education:; Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees, including new hire orientations and ongoing safety training; Ensure that employees are aware of and understand safety procedures and emergency response protocols; 4. Incident Management:; Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions; Prepare and maintain incident reports and documentation; 5. Risk Assessment and Management:; Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend mitigation measures; Develop and implement strategies to minimize risks and improve workplace safety; 6. Budgeting & Reporting:; Prepare and submit required budget & reports to regulatory agencies: MIGAS,SKK Migas, KLH, and other relevant bodies; Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and ensure the organization remains compliant; 7. Environmental Management:; Oversee environmental management programs, including waste management, pollution control, and resource conservation; Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability goals; 8. Emergency Preparedness: o Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures; Conduct regular drills and ensure employees are prepared for emergencies; 9. Communication and Collaboration:; Act as a liaison between management, employees, and regulatory agencies on HSE matters; Collaborate with other departments to integrate HSE practices into daily operations.
Kualifikasi: Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; Max. 5 years experiences in upstream oil & gas company; Experiences in CHSEMS assessment/verification; Relevant certifications such as Ahli K3 MIGAS, T-BOSIET; Strong knowledge of ISO-45001 (standard of HSE Management System) and ISO14001 (standard of Environment Management System); Proven experience in an HSE role, with a strong understanding of HSE regulations and best practices in upstream oil & gas (offshore) industry; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Experiences in offshore operation including marine seismic acquisition preferred; Fluent in English.
