PT SANY PERKASA adalah perusahaan terkemuka di industri alat berat yang beroperasi di berbagai wilayah Indonesia. HSE Officer bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan, mengimplementasikan, dan memantau kebijakan SHE sesuai regulasi pertambangan, melakukan inspeksi risiko, memimpin investigasi insiden, serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar lingkungan dan keselamatan kerja di lokasi proyek.
Tanggung jawab: Develop, implement, and monitor SHE policies, procedures, and programs; Conduct regular risk assessments and site inspections; Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis; Ensure compliance with all relevant SHE legislation; Organize and deliver SHE training; Maintain SHE records and prepare reports; Liaise with regulatory authorities and stakeholders; Promote a culture of continuous improvement; Manage emergency response plans; Oversee environmental monitoring and hazardous waste (B3) management.
Kualifikasi: Having Extensive Knowledge in SMKP Audit; Having Extensive Knowledge in Safety Health Environmental Regulation in mining sector; Certified in SMK3, ISO 14001, ISO 45001; Minimal 5 Years Experience as SHE Officer; Willing to be travel for business trip; Excellence communication skill; Fluent in English Language; Possess Knowledge of Hazardous Waste (B3) Management.
