As an HSE Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing health, safety, and environmental management projects to ensure organizational goals are met. Your responsibilities include creating and implementing comprehensive HSE programs to prevent workplace injuries, illnesses, and environmental accidents. You will conduct inspections, manage incident investigations, implement corrective actions, and ensure strict compliance with both internal SOPs and external regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will develop training plans, manage HSE governance frameworks, and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including community and environmental groups, to drive continuous improvement in safety culture.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety (HSE), Environmental Engineering, Engineering, or related discipline; 5 years of HSE experience in a multinational manufacturing environment; At least 2 years in an HSE Manager or equivalent leadership role; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Mandatory AK3 Umum (AK3U) certification; Skilled in report preparation, management presentations, and regulatory documentation; Proven experience in HSE Management Systems, governance, and policy development; Experience in risk assessments, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA programs; Experience leading internal/external audits and delivering HSE training.
