Peran Production Supervisor / Manager berfokus pada pengembangan dan implementasi rencana, jadwal, serta strategi produksi guna mencapai seluruh target operasional pabrik secara aman dan efisien. Anda akan bertanggung jawab mengawasi jalannya fasilitas produksi secara langsung, memimpin staf produksi mulai dari proses rekrutmen, pelatihan, hingga evaluasi kinerja, serta memastikan penerapan dan pemeliharaan SOP yang ketat. Tugas lainnya meliputi penegakan kebijakan perusahaan, pembaruan peralatan, penanganan troubleshooting serta penyesuaian teknis pada mesin dan peralatan produksi untuk menjaga kelancaran operasional manufaktur secara keseluruhan.
Tanggung jawab: Developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production objectives; Monitoring production processes to ensure that they are operating safely and efficiently, and identifying areas for improvement; Overseeing operations of the production facility and directly supervising production staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance; Maintaining SOPs, and ensuring SOPs are in place and followed; Enforcing established policies and systems, updating equipment, and following-up on recommendations; Trouble shooting and technical adjustment on machine equipment; Requirements:.
Kualifikasi: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalen; Candidate should have 10 experiences working in Manufacturing industry (Factory) especially Injection; Required language(s): English, Mandarin And Indonesia; Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
