Posisi Engineering Supervisor / Manager memegang peranan vital dalam mengarahkan, mengawasi, serta mengoordinasikan kerja tim insinyur, teknisi, dan staf pendukung di lingkungan manufaktur, khususnya pada industri pabrik injeksi. Anda bertanggung jawab untuk memantau kemajuan serta kualitas kerja, mengalokasikan tugas, memastikan kelancaran instalasi dan uji coba awal peralatan teknik, serta memelihara hubungan kerja sama yang erat dengan departemen manufaktur, kualitas, dan pemeliharaan. Peran ini juga mencakup studi kemampuan mesin, pengkoordinasian proses pengujian produk, penentuan standar kualitas, serta pengelolaan gambar komponen dan perakitan alat baru.
Tanggung jawab: Directing and overseeing the work of a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff; Monitoring progress and quality of work, and providing feedback and direction to team members; Liaising with other departments, managers, and clients as necessary; Allocating tasks and responsibilities to team members; Developing and maintaining relations with Engineering Manager, manufacturing, quality and maintenance departments on manufacturing concerns; Supervising installation and initial startup of engineering equipment; Performing and recording machine tool capability studies; Coordinated product testing process; Identifies and set appropriate quality standard and parameters for product; New tool assembly and part drawings, BOM; Requirements:.
Kualifikasi: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalen; Candidate should have 10 experiences working in Manufacturing industry (Factory) especially Injection; Required language(s): English, Mandarin And Indonesia; Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
