RGF HR Agent Indonesia membuka kesempatan untuk posisi HRGA Manager pada perusahaan manufaktur Jepang di Karawang. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengelola dan mengeksekusi operasional human resources termasuk rekrutmen, kompensasi dan benefit, hubungan karyawan, serta manajemen kinerja. Selain itu, kandidat juga akan memegang kendali atas operasional general affairs serta operasional IT yang didukung oleh staf khusus, serta melakukan negosiasi serikat pekerja.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and execute human resources operations including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management; Manage and execute general affairs operations; Manage IT operations (with dedicated staff); Conduct labor union negotiations (not an in-house union); Other related tasks as assigned; Job Requirements:.
Kualifikasi: Min.
