HRBP Manager
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum 6 years of experience in HRBP / HR Generalist roles or 2 years in a Supervisory role or above. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong expertise in Business Partnering , Organization Design , and Employee Relations . Proven track record in cross-functional coordination within a dynamic environment. Strong budget management and analytical capabilities.
Familiarity or strong interest in leveraging HR Tech and AI tools. Proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the HRBP function for all Head Office departments (Sales, Product, Operations, IT, Finance, & Support), collaborating closely with Department Heads
- Coordinate cross-functional HO organization design and workforce planning in line with business objectives and cost efficiency
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for HO employee relations issues, ensuring consistent, fair, and solution-oriented resolutions
- Drive the adoption of digital/AI tools to enhance performance analytics and employee engagement across HO functions
- Lead and oversee the execution of key HR programs: Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning & Development (L&D), and Employee Engagement
- Manage the HO HRBP budget efficiently, and coach and develop the HCBP team to be proactive, solution-oriented business partners
