The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with the PH and Purchasing teams, providing essential support for both daily HR operations and seasonal business activities. This role is designed for individuals who possess strong communication skills, a sense of ownership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both employees and management. The position requires a hands-on approach in a fast-paced operational environment. Responsibilities include managing HR data, handling payroll, and overseeing employee administration, while also providing leadership and support to field or site teams. The incumbent must be prepared to actively support seasonal operations, which may involve extended working hours and weekend shifts during peak periods.

Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any major; Fresh graduates with relevant experience/exposure are welcome to apply; Mandatory able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English; Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently with field/site teams; At least 2 years of leadership experience is preferred; Experience in a logistics, supply chain, agricultural, or operational environment will be an advantage; Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with HR data, payroll, and employee administration; Willing to join by the end of September 2026; Willing to actively support seasonal operations, including extended working hours and weekends when required during peak season; Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on operational environment.
