PT Apollo Fruit Indonesia mencari Junior Business Systems Analyst yang analitis dan detail untuk memantau serta meningkatkan keandalan sistem ERP internal perusahaan. Peran ini mencakup departemen Purchasing, PH, dan Admin Operations. Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk mengidentifikasi kesalahan sistem, memvalidasi logika bisnis dan alur data, serta berkoordinasi dengan pengguna dan pengembang sistem. Tujuan utamanya adalah memastikan sistem berfungsi selaras dengan proses bisnis nyata di lapangan.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor the internal ERP system across Purchasing, PH, and Admin Operations, identify errors, and investigate root causes; Check system inputs, calculations, and workflows to ensure they follow logical business processes; flag inconsistencies and recommend improvements; Coordinate with users and developers to resolve system issues, test fixes, and verify that the system works as expected; Maintain issue logs, prepare SOPs and weekly reports, and communicate system procedures and updates to users.
