WE ARE HIRING Position: HR Supervisor (HR SPV) Placement: Mining Site – North Maluku, Indonesia Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Supervisor position or equivalent. Proficient in English , both written and spoken. Willing to be based at a mining site in North Maluku. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in the mining industry is an advantage.
