As an HR Supervisor, you will support daily HR operations with a strong focus on Employee Engagement, Industrial Relations , and HR Generalist functions . This role requires hands-on involvement and the ability to handle employee-related cases directly across multiple plant locations. Key Responsibilities: Handle Employee Engagement programs and initiatives to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Manage Industrial Relations , including employee cases, disciplinary processes, and coordination with related stakeholders. Ensure compliance with Indonesian Labor Laws and regulations . Support HR Generalist activities, including administration, coordination, and reporting. Understand tax calculation concepts related to employment (experience is an advantage). Note: The company works with a tax consultant; however, internal understanding is required. Coordinate and travel to plants across West Java when necessary to handle HR cases directly. Prepare HR documentation, reports, and support HR Supervisor as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management , or related fields. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to Industrial Relations. Strong understanding of HR Generalist functions . Good knowledge of Labor Law and employee relations practices. Understanding of tax calculation is an advantage. Willing to be based at KIIC (Karawang) .
