Then from that, we are looking for the best person to fill the new candidate as Human Resources Supervisor. Job Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily Human Resources activities. Ensure recruitment processes are conducted effectively and efficiently. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures. Manage employee relations and handle industrial relations issues and workplace conflicts. Organize, monitor, and evaluate employee training and development programs. Prepare regular HR reports and provide insights and recommendations to management. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Supervisor or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company. Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
