About the role We are seeking an HR Staff to join PT Adiwisesa Mandiri BPI in Jakarta Barat. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our Human Resources and Recruitment operations. As an HR Staff member, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our organisation attracts, develops, and retains talented individuals who contribute to our success. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of employee development, organisational culture, and strategic human resources management. What you'll be doing Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling, selection coordination, and offering process. Assist in identifying employee training needs based on competency gaps, performance evaluations, and business requirements. Support the implementation and updating of organizational structures
