REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, management or related field Minimum 5 years of working experience as HR Specialist ( FMCG company is a plus )
In-depth knowledge of BPJS, payroll & tax, OSS and employee regulations Able to join ASAP (immediately) JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage and supervise all core HR related areas, including employee relations, internal-external recruitment, selection process, employee engagement, compensation & benefit, and improving HR database Manage the implementation of employment policies and ensure all of them are applied Draft, revise, and or manage various documents or legal nature
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, suggestions, or other issues Create and manage an effective training program for employee Nurture and maintain a positive working environment
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
