Posisi HR Recruitment Executive ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam menangani proses rekrutmen dari awal hingga akhir (end-to-end) secara mandiri. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan komunikasi dan wawancara yang baik, serta ketelitian dalam mengelola data kandidat dan karyawan.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology is mandatory; Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong exposure to recruitment; Experienced in handling end-to-end recruitment independently; Good communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills; Detail-oriented, organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time; Proactive, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision; Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; Able to maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information; Willing to be mobile when required for recruitment, meetings, client visits, or other HR-related activities; Flexible and willing to handle urgent HR or recruitment matters outside regular working hours, including weekends when required.
