Job Responsibilities: Manage employee lifecycle administration, including but not limited to HR documentation, HRIS processes, contract administration, Talenta, and the company’s internal systems. Handle Talenta system administration end-to-end, including inputting employee data, updating employee information, employee data movement, and maintaining accurate HR records.
Manage employee administrative documents, including contract extensions, employment letters, warning letters, VISA letters and other HR-related letters. Coordinate with internal departments regarding employee status changes, contract updates, and HR administrative needs. Ensure all HR operational processes comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
Job Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or related HR roles. Preferably has experience in financial services or banking industry.
Fluent in English. Preferably hands-on experience using Talenta or similar HRIS system. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential employee information.
Good communication and coordination skills.
