About The Company: The working venue is in Suryacipta, Karawang. Our client is a Multinational Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for HR Manager.
Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to support organizational goals and ensure compliance with company regulations and labor laws. Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to ensure the availability of qualified talent for business operations.
Oversee performance management, compensation & benefits, organization development, and people development programs to improve employee performance and engagement. Manage industrial relations matters, including employee grievances, disciplinary actions, union relations, and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations. Supervise payroll administration, personnel administration, and HR reporting activities through the HR team to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
Handle foreigners administration, including work permits, visas, and other regulatory requirements to ensure full legal compliance. Prepare and monitor the annual HR budget, manpower planning, and management reports to support business decision-making. Ensure implementation and compliance of management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SMK3, and other applicable standards within the HR function.
Other responsibilities as needed. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Law, Psychology, or a related field.
