Possess strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations. Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, selection processes and performance management. Conduct recruitment activities and coordinate with the holding company.
Handle all HR-related processes, including attendance, payroll, BPJS, DPKK. Prepare and process administrative documents and permits, including expatriate work and stay permits for employees assigned from overseas to Indonesia. Support users in administrative matters, including documentation, filing (hardcopy and softcopy), and regulatory socialization activities.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and standards related to employee assessment, training, and development in line with organizational needs. Ensure company compliance with applicable regulations, professional standards, company policies, procedures, and labor legislation. Manage General Affairs, personnel matters, and overall administrative work.
