Sebagai HR Manager, Anda akan memimpin tim, mengelola proyek, dan menetapkan prioritas dalam lingkungan yang dinamis. Anda bertanggung jawab untuk membangun hubungan positif dengan karyawan, menangani konflik secara efektif, serta menganalisis data SDM untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis perusahaan.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, or other related fields; Fluent in Mandarin & English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing); Have a minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in as a HR Manager; Able to communicate well, both verbally and in writing, and have good presentation skills; Ability to work well with others, build positive relationships with employees, and handle conflict effectively; Ability to lead teams, manage projects, and set priorities in a dynamic environment; Understand employment laws, regulations, and company policies related to labor; Able to analyze HR data to make fact-based decisions and support strategic decision making; Professional certification such as CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) or CHRM (Certified Human Resources Manager) is a plus; Willing to be placed in North Maluku-East Halmahera.
