• We are looking for an HR Professional to manage end-to-end HR functions for a growing company (30+ employees and scaling)
• Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across Tech, Field Sales, Operations, Support, and other functions
• Build talent pipelines and improve hiring speed and quality
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
• Oversee payroll, attendance, leave, BPJS, and HR administration
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations
• Support organization structure, job grading, and compensation frameworks
• Assist with performance reviews and employee development
• Partner with management on people-related matters
• Requirements
• 4+ years of HR experience
• Strong background in recruitment and HR operations
• Good understanding of payroll, BPJS, employment contracts, and Indonesian labor law
• Experience hiring tech and sales roles is a plus
• Able to work independently in a fast-growing environment
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Bali (WFO)
