Tanggung jawab: Controlling monthly Labor Cost; Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain communication with Employees Representative; Create and implement HR process improvements and automation (such as HR dashboard, etc); GENERAL REQUIREMENT :; Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Management, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or equivalent; At least 1 year of working experience in HR / manufacturing field is preferable, fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Have knowledge/interest in calculation of Labor Cost; Basic coding skills (e.g. Phyton, C++, etc) are preferred; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word); Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English is a must; Able to speak Korean is an additional point; Willing to work in Kawasan Industri MM2100, Cibitung, Bekasi; Placement will be in LGE Indonesia Research & Development Center (new subsidiary of LG Electronics).
